Encouragement's purposes are: to provide Christian mental health counseling and coaching services, ministering to the total individual and emphasizing maximum spiritual and emotional maturity, along with good physical health; to facilitate the application of biblical truths and/or sound psychological principles to every aspect of living; and to promote the individual's ability to cope with problems and live a fulfilling life to the glory of God.
The program includes: mental health counseling and coaching for individuals, couples, families, and other groups.
As a Christian practitioner, my personal counseling and coaching theories rest on the authority and foundation of the Bible. In my study of both Christian and secular psychological theories, I have incorporated theories and techniques which are compatible with Scripture. I work with people to help them understand how a vital relationship with God, the Father and His Son, Jesus Christ can impact every aspect of their lives-physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
